Thoughtful planning, great energy, and a team that truly values connection.. our favourite kind of event. With a beautiful setup, seamless coordination, and catering by SALT (always a win), the night came together effortlessly. Cool tones like blue, pearl and soft metallics are leading, paired with intentional texture through lace, silk and velvet. Weddings and larger events are embracing glass, mirrored elements and sculptural accents while letting one standout feature do the talking. The focus is shifting away from excess and toward thoughtful details that feel curated and personal. Baby showers are keeping it fresh and playful with fruit moments like citrus and berries, paired with clean colour stories such as light blue or light pink balanced with crisp white. One of the reasons why our hosts chose us for their event is the kitchen area. Not only do we offer inclusive catering options from our amazing vendors - but we also allow outside food/drinks. You have access to our fridge, freezer, storage space, sink and pavilion counter top. You can use the space however it aligns with your vision.

Sweet as Honey - This Winnie the Pooh inspired baby shower is feeling so soft, nostaglic and cute. 🐝🍯 With muted yellows and pinks, soft characters and touches of bumblebees throughout our venue. The decor is by us here at Toast and backdrop with balloons by @cfeventrental which took this concept to the next level. Thank you for hosting this special moment at Toast. One of my favourite trends in recent years is experience gifts. 🎁 Studied have found that people who received experiential gifts reported stronger improvements in relationship strength compared with those who received material gifts. This benefit comes from the emotional intensity elicited during the consumption of the experience (rather than when the gift is received). Also, earlier classic research by Leaf Van Boven and Thomas Gilovich showed that investing in life experiences rather than material goods tends to yield greater and more enduring happiness. People adapt more quickly to material possessions, meaning the initial boost tends to fade, whereas memories of experiences maintain their value over time. ✨Memories, moments, connection, those last longer than things.
